CEC Software Patent Consultation 2000 Submissions: Flemming Bjerke

A reseracher at Copenhagen Business School argues against software patents and for a new formulation of the concept of the technical invention, in such a way that only the use of natural laws and not abstract principles can be patented. The reasoning is independent of but similar to the German concept of technical invention and the Eurolinux Regulation Proposal.
