This working group of the FFII aims to understand and improve the legal systems that confer exclusion rights on innovators in Europe.

Who are we and how to join us

  1. Eupat Profile on FFII Workgroup Registry – This should explain purpose, goals, responsibilities and budgets – you can support us by donating to FFII and specifying “eupat” as the purpose of your donation.
  2. Eupat Mailing List Discussion Forum – If you are interested in furthering the aims of our group, inscribe in this forum.
  3. FFII Members Member and supporter managment – To edit the eupat.ffii.org site and other resources of the group, you need to be a registered member or supporter of the FFII.
  4. Eupat Group on Facebook an additional channel – Not all group members are present here.

Purpose and Mission of the Workgroup

  1. research and document in current affairs make patent policy easier to understand – By reporting about ongoing developments we give impulses to investigation and documentation of backgrounds.
  2. collaboratively improve existing multilingual patent politics documentation of FFII make sure that it can be improved collaboratively – This may requires substantial development of underlying tools for content managment and migration.
  3. Call the public to action identify the subjects and objects of action – Any Call to Action that we launch must stand up to scrutiny and lines of action that can really be followed and supported.

You can get read/write access to the eupat.ffii.org site via Subversion.

There used to be a possibility of editing the eupat.ffii.org site through a web browser window, but it was found that for the time being maintenance by an expert circle via Subversion is preferable.
